To service the mare
nominated below to McMurchie Garlieston and provide grazing, handling
and necessary veterinary care
for said mare belonging to the above mentioned owner.

FEES:
1. Service fee for
McMurchie Garlieston $1500 + G.S.T, which includes a $500 + G.S.T non
refundable stud fee which
is payable with the return of this contract, the balance of the fee
must be paid with all other
expenses when the mare is collected from Blackwood Clydesdales.
2. Grazing of said mare is:
Summer Grazing (Grass no supplement) $40 + G.S.T per horse per week
Summer/Winter Grazing (Grass & supplement) $90 + G.S.T per horse per week
Summer Grazing Mare & Foal (Grass no supplement) $70 + G.S.T per horse per week
Summer/Winter Grazing Mare & Foal (Grass & supplement) $160 + G.S.T per horse per
week
3. All mares will be
drenched upon arrival at a cost of $45.00.
4. Please ensure all shoes are removed prior
to
arriving or they will be
removed upon arrival and the trimming fee will apply.
5. The mare owner agrees
to pay all veterinary, farrier and other fees in addition to the service
fee. These fees along with
the grazing fees will be paid promptly upon invoicing and no mare
may be removed from Blackwood
Clydesdales unless all fees and costs have been paid in full.
7. The breeder agrees to
provide suitable facilities and adequate good grass/hay/water for the
care of the said mare while
in their custody. The mare owner agrees to provide
or pay for any extra feeding
that may be required.
8. All fees are G.S.T
exclusive.
REFUND OF FEES:
The mare owner will be
entitled to a refund of the Service Fee if the Stallion dies or becomes
unfit for breeding prior to
servicing the mare in the present breeding season. However no refund
will be given if the mare has
already been inseminated on her first cycle at Blackwood Clydesdales.
LIABILITY:
Both parties agree that
the Breeder, or any person/entity associated with, is not liable for the
death, sickness and or
accident including consequential damages caused to and/or by the mare
and/or foal while at the
Breeders facilities. It is the Mare Owners responsibility to insure said mare
if they so desire.
In the event of sickness
or injury to the mare, the Breeder will assume responsibility
of calling the attending
Veterinarian. All Veterinarian services for said mare are at
the Mare Owners expense.
